Consolidated Linear Infrastructure - Environmental Compliance Approval (CLI-ECA) Annual Reports
The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) has introduced a new reporting framework for Wastewater Collection and Stormwater Management Systems. Known as the Consolidated Linear Infrastructure – Environmental Compliance Approval (CLI-ECA), this framework replaces all existing Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECAs) with a single, comprehensive approval document.
Under this new system, municipalities must submit an annual performance report along with supporting documentation detailing the operation of their Wastewater Collection and Stormwater Management Systems.
