The City of St. Catharines has initiated a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment to evaluate and develop a variety of improvements to transit, active transportation, safety, parking and heritage requirements on Lake Street, a two-way arterial roadway.
Considered a transitional road from the downtown core that provides access for residents and businesses, the environmental assessment will consider improvements on Lake Street from Welland Avenue to Ontario Street.
