The City of St. Catharines has approved new policies and procedures that allow for residential development in established neighbourhoods through a residential infill review. These changes were approved after a six-month review and consultation period with the public.
City Council and the City's planning and zoning standards completed the Residential Infill Review because of residents and property owners concerns about the impacts of infill and new developments in established neighbourhoods.
