The City of St. Catharines' Recreation Master Plan Advisory Committee is a volunteer committee that advises Council on reports, projects and plans as they relate to the Recreation and Facility Programming Master Plan and their alignment with the master plan.

The Recreation Master Plan Advisory Committee was established to advise Council on issue relating the master plan when reviewing reports, strategies, and projects.
Membership terms align with Council terms or as determined by Council. The Committee may invite non-member participation as needed. The current members are:
