Proposal
The City of St. Catharines has initiated a Zoning By-law Amendment. The Application was declared complete as of Dec. 19, 2025, pursuant to S.34 (10.4) of the Planning Act.
The proposed zoning by-law amendment would add a special provision to Section 13 of Zoning Bylaw 2013-283 to permit a stand-alone parking lot with 13 parking spaces, inclusive of one accessible space.
