The City of St. Catharines is delighted to bring back its cherished holiday festival, Let it Glow: A Celebration of Light, for its fourth season.
Kicking off on Saturday, Nov. 23, and running through to Jan. 5, 2025, this year’s festival will illuminate Rennie Park, Port Dalhousie, and downtown St. Catharines with dazzling light displays and free, family-friendly activities.

Due to a software upgrade, our Citizens First staff will be unable to process cash and debit payments in person at City Hall for some invoices on Friday, Nov. 15, including those for City service calls (such as blocked drains, water on / off, fire inspections, TV lateral inspections and more) or for items such as memorial benches and trees.
Payments for water bills and taxes can still be taken and processed in person.
The upgrade is expected to be complete before City Hall opens on Monday, Nov....

Following discussions and negotiations in good faith related to the former recreation facility at 25 YMCA Dr., Atria Development and the City of St. Catharines announce that the future of the site will not include the existing facility.
