Application B-09/26SC is made for consent to sever 648 m2 (Part 3 on the submitted sketch) for the creation of a new residential lot to be known as 99A Bunting Road. The remnant parcel, Part 2 on the submitted sketch, will be retained for continued residential use. Minor Variance Application details (A-24/26)
Application A-24/26 seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variances for an existing detached dwelling (Part 2):
- A reduction to the minimum lot frontage from 16.5 m to 11.4 m.
- A reduction to the minimum front yard setback from 6 m to 1.6 m.
- A reduction to the minimum setback from the front lot line for a platform structure with a height of 0.6 m of less from 3 m to 0 m.
Minor Variance Application details (A-25/26)
Application A-25/26 seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variances for a detached dwelling (Part 3):
- A reduction to the minimum lot frontage from 16.5 m to 8.6 m.
- An increase to the maximum lot area from 538 m2 to 648 m2.

Please note that all Committee of Adjustment Hearings will be held in-person at City Hall on the 3rd floor in Council Chambers. City Hall is located at 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario (Please use the James Street entrance).
