Application B-09/25SC is made for consent to sever 262.70m2 of land (Part 3 on the submitted sketch) for the proposed construction of a townhouse dwelling to be known as 26 Oakdale Ave. A 486 m2 remnant parcel (Part 1 and Part 2 on the submitted sketch) will be retained for the development of two proposed townhouse dwellings. There is a concurrent consent application B-10/25SC.
Application B-10/25SC is made for consent to sever 223.30 m2 of land (Part 2 on the submitted sketch) for the proposed construction of a townhouse dwelling to be known as 28 Oakdale Ave. A 262.70m2 remnant parcel (Part 1 on the submitted sketch) will be retained for a proposed townhouse dwelling unit. There is a concurrent consent application B-09/25SC.
