TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
Monday, September 1st, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Some roads may be affected earlier to account for parade staging.
The road closure is necessary for the annual Lions Club of Merritton Labour Day Parade.
Motorists and the general public are hereby advised that Regional Road 89 (Glendale Avenue) between Glengarry Road and Merritt Street in the City of St. Catharines will be closed to through traffic on Monday, September 1st, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
This will affect the following route: Chestnut St. to Glengarry Rd., Glendale Ave East to Merritt St., North on Merritt St. to Seymour Ave., East to and end at Merritton Community Centre.
