A 737.46 square metres remnant parcel (Part 1) is to be retained for continued residential purposes.

Please note that all Committee of Adjustment Hearings are held in-person at City Hall on the third floor in the Council Chambers, located at 50 Church St. (Please use the James Street doors).
- All hearings will be live-streamed and can be viewed on the City of St. Catharines Official YouTube Channel.
- An appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) may be dismissed if no written or verbal submissions were made at the hearing before the Committee gives or refuses to give approval of an application. Pursuant to the More Homes Built Faster Act, Appeals may be submitted by the Applicant, the Minister or specified person or public body that has an interest in the matter.
