Application A-16/26 seeks relief from the City of St Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variance for an existing semi-detached dwelling (Part 3):
- A reduction to the minimum lot area for a semi-detached dwelling from 200 square metres to 195 square metres.
