Back to SearchSt. Catharines, ON – March 9th, 2026 — Community connection, open dialogue, and shared understanding remain at the heart of townhallSTC. Residents are invited to join Mayor Mat Siscoe and members of Council for two upcoming dual-ward town halls that will provide an opportunity for neighbours to ask questions and discuss issues that matter to their communities.
The first event will bring together residents from Merritton and St. Andrew’s Ward on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Saint George and Saint Mercurius Coptic Orthodox Church, located at 118 Glenridge Ave, St. Catharines. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m.
The second event will welcome residents from St. Patrick’s and St. George’s Ward on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Russell Avenue Community Centre, located at 108 Russell Ave, St. Catharines.
These town halls will provide a welcoming space for residents to share their perspectives and engage directly with Mayor Siscoe and Ward Councillors. Attendees will also receive updates on community priorities and ongoing projects across their wards, including infrastructure, neighbourhood improvements, development, municipal services, and community safety.
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged for both events. To support a fair and efficient process, priority will be given to questions submitted by residents who register in advance. Pre-registration for the Merritton and St. Andrew’s town hall will remain open until March 25, 2026. Pre-registration for the St. Patrick’s and St. George’s town hall will remain open until April 10, 2026.
