St. Catharines Fire Services community event Hot Summer Nights returns next week for its fourth year of sizzling summer sprinkler fun and fire safety training.
Throughout the summer, St. Catharines Fire Services’ ladder trucks and dedicated fire prevention team will be visiting a different city park every Wednesday night from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., transforming their vehicles into giant sprinklers.
Those who attend can tour the fire trucks and learn crucial fire safety practices, including hands-on fire safety training with the fire extinguisher training unit.
“Hot Summer Nights is an incredible opportunity for our community to come together, learn about fire safety, and enjoy some summer fun,” Fire Chief Dave Upper said. “We’re excited to share with residents potentially life-saving fire prevention and fire safety knowledge and provide a fun, unique way to beat the heat.”
Hot Summer Nights promises fun-filled evenings of community engagement, fire safety education, and refreshing water activities for residents of all ages.
Don’t miss this fun opportunity to connect with St. Catharines Firefighters, cool off, and learn valuable fire safety skills that could save lives in an emergency.
