The City’s free outdoor Concerts in the Park returns this summer to Montebello Park featuring performers from diverse music genres.
This year’s concert series features local and touring Canadian musicians, including headliners LMT Connection, Beatlejuice, Sarah Jerrom, Benjamin Dakota Rogers, and Shania Twink.
Openers this year include Feverish Lemons, Nick Braun, Sleepy Jean and Donny Crosswell.
“We’re thrilled to bring another impressive lineup of local and touring talent to the Concerts in the Park stage, featuring a dynamic mix of genres — from funk and groove to British Invasion, Americana, folk, indie rock, jazz, pop, and femme-powered country,” said Andrea Connelly-Miele, Community and Events Coordinator. “With such wide-ranging musical appeal and the beautiful backdrop of downtown Montebello Park, it’s shaping up to be a season of great music and good vibes you won’t want to miss.”
This year’s concert series, co-presented in partnership with Cicada Music and Arts Festival, also offers attendees an opportunity to meet and speak with organizations doing important work in the community.
“Each concert will also highlight a partnership with a local community organization, giving attendees a chance to connect with and support some of the incredible groups doing meaningful work right here in our city,” added Connelly-Miele. “Be sure to follow us on social media for updates on these collaborations and all the exciting things we have planned this summer.”
The 2025 series of five concerts runs Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. from July 10 to Aug. 14. With food trucks, craft beverages and family-friendly games, it’s the perfect way to spend a summer night. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs or picnic blankets. There are washrooms onsite.
