
The Planning and Building Services Department received an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment for lands located at 285 Pelham Rd. and 285A Pelham Rd. The Application was declared complete on Dec, 9, 2025, pursuant to sections 34 (10.4) of the Planning Act.
The Applicant is seeking to amend the Zoning By-law to facilitate the replacement of the fire station.
The Zoning By-law zones the subject land Minor Green Space (G2) for 285A Pelham Road and Neighbourhood Institutional (I1) for 285 Pelham Rd. The Applicant has requested to rezone the entirety of the subject lands to Local Neighbourhood Institutional (I1) with a Special Provision to permit a reduced interior yard, driveway aisle, and landscape buffers on east and west.
The Open House is an opportunity for public input. No decision will be made at this meeting. A Public Meeting will be held at a later date, for which notice will be provided to the public.
