The City of St. Catharines is offering some suite seats at the Meridian Centre to local charities, non-profits, and youth sports groups for no charge for the 2025-26 Niagara IceDogs season.
Through the City’s Meridian Centre Community Use Program, organizations can use the City’s community suite in one of two ways: provide the seats to youth to attend an IceDogs game, or they can sell or auction the seats for fundraising purposes.
Applications for the community suite are now open through to end of day on August 8. After the application is received, City staff will review the submissions. Successful applicants will be notified in writing once a selection is made and informed of which game they have been selected for.
Preference will be given to organizations that are based in St. Catharines and those that offer services to local youth. Weekend games are reserved for organizations that will use the suite to take youth to an IceDogs game.
The Niagara IceDogs will play 34 regular season games at the Meridian Centre this season. Niagara’s first home game is September 21, versus the Sudbury Wolves.
