First 2025 interim property tax bills issued, payments due Feb. 28

Property taxpayers have received their interim bills, which were mailed out and made available on the e-billing portal on Feb. 7, and the first payment for the year is due on Feb. 28.

Any property owners who have not received their bill should contact Citizens First at 905.688.5600 or CitizensFirst@stcatharines.ca.

Bills are due four times in 2025: Feb. 28, April 30, June 30 and Sept. 29.

The following City programs and facilities are impacted by the winter storm on Sunday, Feb. 16.

Recreation programs, including swimming lessons and public skating, as well as private bookings and rentals for today have been cancelled.
