Summer is here, and the City’s pools are set to open to help everyone beat the heat.
The City’s outdoor pools open for the summer season on June 27: Lincoln Park’s small, free pool will open at 11 a.m., and Lion Dunc Schooley Pool’s small, free pool and large pool, and Port Dalhousie Pool’s small, free pool and large pool will open at 1 p.m.

Following a successful second intake earlier this year, the City of St. Catharines is now accepting applications for the third round of its Neighbourhood Micro Grants program.
Residents can apply for up to $1,500 in funding to support neighbourhood projects and events during the upcoming intake period, which runs from July 1, 2025, to Sept. 30, 2025. This round will fund projects taking place between Dec. 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026.

Five concerts run July 10 to Aug. 14 at Montebello Park
The City’s free outdoor Concerts in the Park returns this summer to Montebello Park featuring performers from diverse music genres.
This year’s concert series features local and touring Canadian musicians, including headliners LMT Connection, Beatlejuice, Sarah Jerrom, Benjamin Dakota Rogers, and Shania Twink.
