Minor Variance Application details (A-20/25)

Application A-20/25 seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the proposed 2 storey apartment building consisting of 8 residential units to permit:

1. A reduction to the minimum lot frontage from 20 metres to 16.4 metres.
2. A reduction to the interior side yard from 3.0 metres to 1.23 metres.
3.  A reduction to the interior side yard for a platform structure with a height of 0.15 metres and no greater than 0.6 metres from the required interior side yard of the principal building to 2.40 metres.
4. Bicycle parking to be provided at grade or within a building, at a level corresponding with an at grade access as opposed to a level corresponding with an abutting street.
