December 2nd, 2024 – The Mayor’s Office is excited to continue its TownhallSTC series, an initiative designed to provide St. Catharines residents with an ongoing opportunity to engage directly with Mayor Mat Siscoe and their Ward Councillors. Nov 20,2024 – I, like many others in the community, was angered to learn of the CBC report that the decision was made by the Parole Board of Canada to prohibit the families of Kristen French and Leslie Mahaffy from attending the upcoming parole hearing of their daughters’ killer.

October 28, 2024 – Mayor Mat Siscoe has released his 2025-26 Multi-Year Budget for readoption, which proposes a 2.71% City tax levy increase for 2025, starting the 30-day amendment period for Council under the Strong Mayor legislation.
