ActiveSTC Program Registration

You can view select current recreation and leisure opportunities and programming online, including:

• Public skating and drop-in arena programs
• Garden City Golf Course
• Outdoor activities and boating
• Trails
• Facilities, fields and parks
• Pools and splash pads
• Swimming lessons and aquatics programs
• Drop-in recreation programs

Creating an account

You can create an account with ActiveSTC in three easy steps:

1. Visit ActiveSTC
2. Click "Create an account" in the top right corner of the screen
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account

Existing ePlay credits and accounts

If you had existing credit on your previous ePlay account, we have sent an email to the email address you provided ePlay with more information.

We automatically transferred your credit to your ActiveSTC account. Just reset your password with ActiveSTC to access your account. If you did not receive an email, please contact us by phone at 905.688.5600 or by email at activeSTC@stcatharines.ca.

If you had an ePlay account but no existing credit on it, please make a new account on ActiveSTC.

Adding family members to your account

Once you have created an account with ActiveSTC and logged in, you can add family members to your account following the steps below. You must be at least 13 years old to add a family member.

1. On the home page, click "My Account"
2. Click "Manage family members" on the bottom right portion of the screen
3. Click "Add family member"
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and click "Submit"
5. Your family member will now show up as a potential registrant after adding a program to your cart

Full programs

If your chosen program is full, you can click on "Waitlist" to be added to a waitlist for a spot in the program.

If a spot opens up, we will reach out to you through your provided contact information to ask if you would like to participate. Don't wait too long to respond! After 24 hours, we will contact the next name on the waitlist.
