for the purpose of hearing an Appeal from the Order of the Property Standards Officer dated the 22nd day of May, 2026 in the matter of the Ontario Building Code and in the matter of the City of St. Catharines Maintenance and Occupancy By-Law 2014-248 as amended.

Hearing Participation

Hearings are legislatively required to be open to the public, subject to exemptions. All Hearings will be live-streamed on the City of St. Catharines YouTube account. 

The Notice of Hearing and Agenda will be posted on the City’s website at www.stcatharines.ca.

To participate, please submit any comments in writing to the Secretary-Treasurer by June 23, 2026 or you can appear in person and make a verbal presentation to the Committee.
