Take ootice that the Property Standards Committee will meet in-person on

June 25, 2026 at 5 p.m.

City Hall 3rd floor Council Chambers

50 Church Street, St Catharines (Please use the James Street entrance)

for the purpose of hearing an Appeal from the Order of the Property Standards Officer dated the 22^nd day of May, 2026 in the matter of the Ontario Building Code and in the matter of the City of St. Catharines Maintenance and Occupancy By-Law 2014-248 as amended.

• Part Road Allowance Between Lots 20 and 21, Concession 5 (closed by by-law 5174); Part Lots 20 and 21, Concession 5 as in RO282524, RO226982 (firstly) and Part 2 on 30R-2069 except 30R-5687; except the easement therein, in the City of St. Catharines, in the Regional Municipality of Niagara.

Hearing Participation

Hearings are legislatively required to be open to the public, subject to exemptions. All Hearings will be live-streamed on the City of St. Catharines YouTube account. 

The Notice of Hearing and Agenda will be posted on the City’s website at www.stcatharines.ca.

To participate, please submit any comments in writing to the Secretary-Treasurer by June 23, 2026 or you can appear in person and make a verbal presentation to the Committee.
