St. Catharines Fire Services provides emergency call-taking and dispatch services to fire departments across multiple regions in Ontario. In Niagara Region, services are provided to Grimsby, Lincoln, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Pelham, Port Colborne, Thorold, Wainfleet, and West Lincoln. Services also extend to Haldimand County, Norfolk County, Prince Edward County, Quinte West, and 16 municipalities within Hastings County. In Bruce County, St. Catharines Fire Services supports Arran-Elderslie, Brockton & Elmwood, Ripley-Huron, Lucknow & District, Kincardine, Saugeen Shores, Northern Bruce Peninsula, South Bruce, and South Bruce Peninsula.
