The City’s free Summer Concerts in the Park is back at Montebello Park

The City’s free outdoor Summer Concert Series returns this year with six concerts on Wednesday nights at Montebello Park.

This year’s concert series features local and touring Canadian musicians, including headliners like LMT Connection, School House, and The Vaudevillian.

The six-concert series runs consecutive Wednesday nights 6 p.m. to dusk from July 8 through Aug. 19. No concert is scheduled on July 29.

“We are thrilled to welcome our residents back to historic Montebello Park for another incredible summer of free live music in the heart of downtown St. Catharines,” Community and Events Supervisor Brianne Wilson said. “This series is a true celebration of our community spirit, bringing neighbours together to enjoy fantastic Canadian talent, including local musicians, great food trucks and craft beverage vendors, and family activities.”

The City’s 2026 Summer Concert Series is presented in partnership with Cicada Music & Arts Festival. The LMT Connection concert on July 8 is presented also in partnership with Matter of Black.

The popular Summer Concert Series is just the latest in a series of City events this year celebrating the 150th anniversary of St. Catharines incorporation as a city.

Summer eats and treats from food trucks and craft beverage vendors, as well as family games, round out this summer’s Wednesday night outdoor, all-ages concert fun. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket. Regular onsite washrooms will be available.
