Environmental Stewardship

At the City of St. Catharines, environmental stewardship is a key priority within the Strategic Plan. We've developed a variety of environmental and green programs, initiatives and educational opportunities to help preserve the natural environment for generations to come.

Bee City

The City has partnered with Bee City Canada to make a commitment to protect pollinators.  A Bee City is part of a North American movement to support pollinator protection. Bee City communities support collaboration and establish and maintain healthy pollinator habitat within the municipal boundaries.
