Mayor Mat Siscoe has declared a state of emergency following the extraordinary storms and rainfall.
Significant weather event declaration remains in place. If you have experienced flooding contact your insurance company to begin a claim and see our basement flooding page for guidance.
The City has worked with Niagara Region to further expand its enhanced waste collection. This includes an expanded curbside collection approach, and expanded eligibility area.
Reminder, The City has established a Vulnerable Assistance Registry for eligible residents who require support removing water and waste from their homes.
