Minor Variance Application details (A-41/26)  

Application A-41/26 seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variance to facilitate a daycare within an existing building located at 75 Corporate Park Drive:

1. To vary section 7.3.2.2(b) to permit an Employee Convenience Facility to be for the “priority use” of employees, whereas the By-law currently requires Employee Convenience Facilities to be for the “exclusive use” of employees.

An appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) may be dismissed if no written or verbal submissions were made at the hearing before the Committee gives or refuses to give approval to an application. Pursuant to the More Homes Built Faster Act, Appeals may be submitted by the Applicant, the Minister or a specified person or public body that has an interest in the matter.
