Property Standards Appeal Hearing - 5 Louis Avenue

Take notice that the Property Standards Committee will be meeting electronically on October 15, 2026 at 5pm, for the purpose of hearing an Appeal from the Order of the Property Standards Officer dated August 19, 2026, in the matter of the Ontario Building Code Act and in the matter of the City of St. Catharines Maintenance and Occupancy By-law 2014-248, as amended.

Under the authority of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, Property Standards Appeal Hearings are being held electronically.

Hearings are legislatively required to be open to the public, subject to exemptions. The Hearing will be streamed live, via The City's You Tube Channel.
