Program Registration - postponed due to COVID-19

Online Registration

  • Individuals looking to register online must have a Login ID and Pin Code prior to registration.
  • You cannot obtain a Pin Code and ID during the online registration process - you must have them in advance.
  • It can take up to 48 hours to receive a Login ID and Pin Code, so we recommend requesting them at least two days before the start of program registration.
  • Login IDs and Pin Codes can be requested at www.stcatharines.ca/ePlay

How to register if you already have your login ID and PIN number

  1. Go to www.stcatharines.ca/ePlay
  2. Click the link titled "Log in or request a Client Barcode (Login ID)/PIN Number reset"
  3. Enter your ID and PIN 
  4. Enter the 5-digit code(s) for the program(s) you're interested in
  5. Pay using Visa or MasterCard.
  6. You will receive email confirmation upon completion (keep this for income tax purposes)

If you DON'T have a login ID and PIN number or if you've forgotten them

  1. Go to www.stcatharines.ca/ePlay
    • To request a new ID and Pin, click the link titled "Obtain your Client Barcode (Login ID) and PIN Number"
    • If you've forgotten your ID or Pin, click the link titled "Log in or request a Client Barcode (Login ID)/PIN Number reset" 
  2. You will receive your ID and PIN via email within 48 hours.

In-Person Registration

In-person registration is available at the following locations during regular business hours:

  • City Hall - 50 Church St., Second Floor, Citizens First Counter
  • Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre - 240 St. Paul St. W
  • St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre - 425 Carlton St.

Public Skating and Hockey Schedule

The City of St. Catharines operates three arenas with seven ice pads conveniently located throughout the city. They provide citizens and visitors with the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of healthy activities for all ages and skill levels.
