Let us know how we're doing
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of City goods, services, facilities, programs and information.
All accessibility feedback, including complaints, will be directed to the accessibility coordinator. Please include your contact information and preferred method of communication (phone, email, in-person or virtual meeting).
We will acknowledge receipt of your feedback, review the matter, and respond in a timely manner. Where appropriate, we will work with the relevant City department to identify and address accessibility barriers.

Accessible parking and transit

Translation services
As part of our commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience for all citizens, translation services are offered by phone or in person at City Hall and the Kiwanis Aquatics Centre through LanguageLine Solutions. We offer translations in more than 240 languages, including American Sign Language (ASL) translation through video chat (in-person only) with an interpreter.
Facilities and accessible design
City facilities, new and old, are built or renovated to a high level of accessibility. We follow the Facility Accessibility Design Standards to ensure that City facilities are accessible.
Accessibility Advisory Committee
The City of St. Catharines' Accessibility Advisory Committee makes recommendations to City Council regarding accessibility services and facilities to help identify and remove accessibility barriers throughout the city.
