City of St. Catharines Invites Applications for 2025 Culture Days Activity Program

The City of St. Catharines is now accepting applications for the 2025 Culture Days Activity Program, part of the St. Catharines Cultural Investment Program (SCCIP).

This initiative supports artists, cultural organizations, and businesses in delivering free, interactive cultural experiences during the annual Culture Days celebration.

Application Deadline: Thursday, May 8, 2025

The Culture Days Activity Program aims to foster community engagement by funding activities that take place in St. Catharines during Culture Days, are free and open to the public, provide hands-on and interactive cultural experiences, employ and compensate local artists and cultural workers, and offer programming that is distinct from the applicant’s regular offerings.

Eligible applicants include individual artists, cultural organizations, not-for-profit groups, and for-profit businesses (eligible for artist fee costs only). Activities should align with the National Culture Days mandate to inspire public participation and appreciation of arts and culture.

1. Contact Cultural Services staff to discuss program details and eligibility.
2. Prepare your application, including activity description, budget, and supporting documents.
3. Submit your application online by May 8, 2025.
