The Art of Resilience
2021 City of St. Catharines Annual Juried Exhibit

On View: September 2021 to March 2022, City Hall

Submissions now open, online portal available at link below.

Deadline to submit: June 21, 2021

This exhibit is an outlet that will provided a powerful way to communicate complex ideas and connect communities – helping advance resilience. 2020 brought us COVID-19 and the question has since become, how can art inspire us, and be a force for resilience in this time? This year’s exhibit asks artists to create works that directly support our community’s efforts to build widespread resilience to the ongoing effects of COVID-19.
Artworks must be created in the past 3 years, selected artists will be compensated with an artist fee, and there is potential for purchase for the Civic Art Collection.
