Grantham's Jim Bradley Park

Grantham's Jim Bradley Park, is a neighbourhood park that includes a soccer field and playground equipment. The park was renamed in 2025 to honour Bradley, whose remarkable 55-year career in elected office began as a St. Catharines City Councillor in 1970 at the age of 25. He was St. Catharines MPP from 1977 to 1981, the second-longest tenure in Ontario’s history. In 2018, he was elected to Regional Council and soon after, elected Regional Chair by Council, then reappointed Chair in 2022 by the Ontario government. Bradley died on Sept. 26, 2025, and left a legacy of public service that shaped St. Catharines, Niagara, and Ontario.
