Adult Shinny Hockey at the Complex
Co-ed adult (ages 18 +)
$5.00 per player per game (first 2 goalies play for free)
Players are required to bring dark and light jerseys to each game. Remember these games are for fun - no stacked teams please.

*NEW* - effective September 1, 2007,
All children 12 years and under must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet when participating in any public skating program. Bike helmets are not permitted. Children will not be permitted on the ice without a helmet.

Shinny Hockey Rules

  • Participants are asked to observe the following safety rules for the enjoyment of all players: All players must wear a C.S.A. approved helmet, skates, cup, shin pads, hockey gloves, and a light/dark jersey
  • Slap shots are NOT permitted
  • No checking or fighting

NOTE: Persons not adhering to the rules may be asked to leave

Stick and Puck 6-12 Yrs
All persons on the ice must wear skates. Children must wear CSA approved helmets.

Rules For Stick & Puck

  • A parent (adult) is required to be on the ice with their children.
  • Maximum of two children per parent (adult).
  • Parents (adults) are responsible to supervise their children on the ice.
  • Full equipment is mandatory for children, and recommended for adults.
  • Adults are required to wear a helmet, gloves, and skates.
  • Slap shots are NOT permitted.
  • Organized games or practices are NOT permitted.
  • Maximum of 20 participants.
  • Please pay at the Customer Service office.
