The St.Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre features a double pool accommodating the needs of aquatic participants of all ages and abilities.
A 25-metre, eight lane pool, rectangular pool accommodates lane swimming, recreational swimming and lessons for intermediate to advanced swimmers.
An irregular-shaped leisure pool with spray features and water temperatured to 90 degrees F accommodates the needs of older adults, children and family recreational activity, therapeutic classes and lessons for adults, children and infants.

Clip cards and passes may be purchased at the St.Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre and the Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre.
Adults may use their clip card or pass for Leisure Swims and Aquatic Activity Swims.
Children/Youth may use their clip card or pass for Leisure Swims and Any Age Lengths.
Family Pass gain families entry into Lesiure Swims and Aquatic Activity Swims (adults). Family passes and family clip cards may be ised for your immediate family living in the same household.
Fitness passes may be used for any Aquatic Fitness Program, Leisure Swim, Aquatic Activity Swims adn where space is available in a registered Aquatic Fitness Program.
All passes and clip cards must be submitted before entry to the pool is permitted.
Lost swim pass replacement fee $5.65 (available with proof of payment). Lost clip cards are not replaced.
Programs may end 5 mintues early to accommodate a transition to the next program.
To assist us in ensuring your children have a safe and enjoyable swimming experience, the City of St. Catharines has implemented a wristband procedure. This system allows us to identify children at risk and ensure adequate supervision when in the pool area. All children 10 years of age and under will be given an identifying wristband by the facility staff. Any guest, regardless of age, may be required to complete the facility swim test in order to swim in the deep area of the pool. At the lifeguard's discretion you may be asked to complete a swim test in order to swim in deep water.
* Always Accompanied: Must be accompanied at all times in the water, within arms reach by a parent, guardian por designate (caregiver) who is at least 14 years of age.
Swim a minimum of 2 widths of the pool in a recognized front crawl without feet touching the bottom at any time.
Arrangements for your group should be made with the Recreation Coordinator at 905 688 5601 ext. 1958 in advance of your arrival. The group caregiver(s) are entirely responsible for their group while in the facility and must effectively supervise the group at all times. Admittance and Supervision Requirements must be met.
Those with serious medical conditions should be accompanied by an individual knowledgeable of their condition and responsible for their direct supervision. Your medical doctor should be consulted before swimming. To help ensure the maximum safety of all our patrons, we ask that those with serious medical conditions please report to the lifeguarding staff before entering the pool.
