Online program registration is now open using ePlay

Walk-In Registration

Walk-in registration is now available at the following locations:

  • Citizens First, City Hall, 2nd floor, 50 Church St.
  • St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre, 425 Carlton St.
  • Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre, 240 St. Paul St. W.

Note: registration is not available at the Recreation and Community Services head office on Geneva Street
