Jack Gatecliff and Seymour-Hannah Rink #2 re-opening on March 2 ALL guests will require a reservation to access the rink for public skating. During this time there will be no “Drop-In” public skating.

Reservations Per Week: During COVID-19, the City has permitted public skaters to make three public skating reservations per person, per week.
Resident First Public Skating: In order to provide an opportunity for residents of the City of St. Catharines, reservation for Public skating will occur in advance of guests who reside in other areas of the Niagara Region. Reservation for St. Catharines Residents will occur 48 hours prior to the selected public skate with the exception of Saturday and Sunday skates, which will be available for Residents to book on Thursdays. Reservation for everyone, including guests who reside in other areas of the Niagara Region, will occur 24 hours prior to the selected public skate with the exception of Saturday and Sunday skates, which will be available to be booked on Fridays.
All Saturday and Sunday Public Skate bookings will close on Fridays at 11:59 p.m.
Covid-19 Protocols & Procedures: As a result of COVID-19, public skating programs will have a limited number of spots (10 people – Red Zone). All guests will need to arrive 10 minutes before their booked time slot:
Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will not be permitted to enter. Guests are encouraged to arrive ready to skate. Change rooms, showers and benches will be not be available and capacity will be limited to 10 skaters. Spectators will not be permitted except for a parent/guardian for those under 18 years of age. Everyone inside the facility will be required to wear a mask or face covering, except when skating. To ensure equitable access to as many community members as possible, patrons may only book one public skate per day. Entry to the rink will be facilitated from the side doors of Rink 2. This is located closer to the skateboard park. Look for directional signage.
Admission Fee: $3.00 flat fee per person while in Control - Red category. The purchase and use of clip cards and swim passes will be suspended while in Control - Red category.
