Learn how to register and navigate through our new portal with the information below. 

Existing ePlay customers

If you have a credit on your ePlay account we have automatically transferred your existing account to ActiveSTC. All you need to do is reset your password here.  

How do you know if you have a credit?
Staff will have sent out an email to your provided ePlay email with more information. Didn't receive an email? Contact us through the below phone or email information.

Do you have an ePlay account with no account credit?
If you had an ePlay account with no credit, please make a new account on ActiveSTC. Learn more below. 

Creating a new account

 Create an account in 3 easy steps:

  1.  Go to
  2.  Click "Create an account" in the top right corner.
  3.  Follow on-screen instructions to complete your account!

*Must be 13 years or older - to add a family member, please see below. 

Adding multiple family members to one account

 Once you have created an account and are logged in, follow these steps:

  • On the home page, click “My Account”
  • Click “Manage Family Members” on the bottom right
  • Click “Add family member”
  • Follow the instructions and click “Submit”
  • They will now be an option after adding a program to your cart!


Program is full?

Click on "Waitlist"

When a spot opens, a staff member will reach out to your provided contact information. If you're contacted, don’t wait too long to respond! After 24 hours, we will go to the next name on the list.
