Revised Application A-60/25 seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variances (Part 1):
- An increase of the maximum lot area for a detached dwelling from 370 square metres to 848.7 square metres.
- An increase in the permitted width of the driveway from 50% of the lot width to 55.7% of the lot width (being 5.94 metres wide).
- Permission for the attached garage to protrude 1.0 metre beyond the corresponding wall of the dwelling unit.

Application A-61/25 seeks relief from the City of St Catharines Zoning By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variance for the existing detached dwelling (Part 2):
- An increase of the maximum lot area for a detached dwelling from 370 square metres to 1,697.9 square metres.

Please note that all Committee of Adjustment Hearings will be held in-person at City Hall on the 3rd floor in Council Chambers.
