One application for Consent and two applications for Minor Variances have been received from Darlene Delaney and Stephen Delaney for the property at 12 Glenbarr Rr. and will be heard by the Committee of Adjustment for the City of St. Catharines on Wednesday, March 30, at 5 p.m.

• Located on the south side of Glenbarr Road, west side of E. Hampton Road.

Consent Application details (B-10/23) 

Application B-10/23SC is made for consent to a partial discharge of mortgage and for consent to sever 276 square metres of land (Part 2 on the submitted sketch) to create a new lot known as 10 Glenbarr Road for a proposed detached dwelling unit. The 447.5 square metre remnant parcel (Part 1 on the submitted sketch) will be retained for an existing detached dwelling unit.

Minor Variance Application details (A-32/23)

Application A-32/23 seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variance to permit an existing detached dwelling unit:

1. A reduction of the minimum rear yard setback from 7.5 metres to 3.0 metres.

Minor Variance Application details (A-33/23)

Application A-33/23 seeks relief from the City of St. Catharines By-law 2013-283, as amended, for the following variances to permit a proposed detached dwelling unit:

1. A reduction of the minimum lot area for a detached dwelling unit from 400 square metres to 276 square metres.
2. A reduction of the minimum lot frontage for a detached dwelling unit from 16.5 metres to 15.12 metres.
3. A reduction of the minimum rear yard setback from 7.5 metres to 5.5 metres.
4. A reduction of the minimum front yard setback from 7.36 metres to 5.5 metres.
