Currently closed City facilities include:
City HallGuests can access City Hall services in person by booking an appointment via our City Hall page. Other Facility ImpactsAt this time, under Provincial regulations, food and drinks will not be allowed in City facilities with the exception of water bottles. Sale of food and drinks will not take place, including vending machines. The only exception is Lookout Lounge at Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre which is considered a stand-alone restaurant. |
Program disruptions and information |
Appointments for services and pre-registration options for programs continue to be available and encouraged through the City’s website. Aquatics and arena programs — including Public Skating and Leisure Swims — continue to require advanced registration via ActiveSTC. A selection of Community Centre and Older Adult Centre programs also require registration ahead of time. |
