Sunset Beach Community Vision
Thank you to everyone who helped shape the future of Sunset Beach.
Following extensive public consultation St. Catharines City Council endorsed the Sunset Beach Community Vision on July 15, 2019.
Sunset Beach
Sunset Beach is a beloved City park that features:
- Beach
- Boat launch
- Playground
- Washroom
- Parking lot
- And more
The City will need to repair or replace many of the amenities at Sunset Beach over the next few years. The Sunset Beach Community Vision is the first step to providing the necessary improvements for this valued park to serve the community for years to come.
Community engagement was the foundation for process creating the community vision and public input was sought at multiple stages of the plan development, including meetings with stakeholders and user groups, public information meetings, and online questionnaire on engagestc.ca.
