Come celebrate Canada's 151st Birthday with the City of St. Catharines. Join us for fun family activities, live music and other free festivities on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Rennie Park in beautiful Port Dalhousie.

Opening - Noon to 4 p.m.
Rennie Park - 60 Lakeport Rd.

 

 

Entertainment - The party gets started at noon

Stay tuned, the entertainment lineup will be announced soon.

Fireworks

The Port Dalhousie Lions Club fireworks will be held at 10:00 pm on Canada Day from Henley Island. Residents can view the fireworks from Jaycee Park or Rennie Park. Residents will not be able to access Henley Island during the fireworks display. A rain date of Monday, July 2nd, 2018 has been set.

Food and Beverage

Food and beverages available for purchase. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 350 will be on site barbecuing hot dogs, hamburgers and sausage. A variety of cold drinks available.

 

Parking

Hundreds of free parking spots are available within walking distance of Rennie Park: 

  • Lakeside Park - 9 Main St.
  • Jaycee Park - 543 Ontario St. (Take the harbour walkway over to Rennie Park.)
  • Where on-street parking is permitted on City streets.

The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 350 (Port Dalhousie) will also be offering paid parking in their lot for $5.00 per vehicle.
