During the annual road inventory, staff at the City of St. Catharines identified many streets within the City that are in a substandard condition and require various amounts of upgrading. The work required under this program will include minor curb repairs, base repairs, manhole adjustments, asphalt milling and asphalt re-paving.  The program is split in 2 separate tenders.
