Work is scheduled to begin on Sept. 20, 2021 to complete the final elements of the new Happy Rolph’s playground.
A fire at an equipment supplier delayed delivery of the playground’s tractor feature, which has now been obtained. It will be installed in tandem with some concrete repair work.
