Online Open House - Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments for 93 & 95 Lakeport Road and 9 John Street

An Open House for the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment at 268 Oakdale Ave. will be held electronically on Thursday, January 14 at 5:00 p.m.

The applicant is proposing the expansion of an existing dental office located at 95
Lakeport Road onto 93 Lakeport Road and 9 John Street. The dental office is not currently permitted as a principal use in the existing zones, nor is it in conformity with the land use designations of the Official Plan.
