Alicia Svigals - The Yellow Ticket

Date: February 07, 2019

Composer and klezmer violinist Alicia Svigals plays an original score to the 1918 silent Pola Negri film, The Yellow Ticket. The film was made at the end of World War I, on the eve of the Russian revolution, and includes precious footage of the former Jewish quarter of Warsaw and the people who once lived there.
