Beyond the Playground

Beyond the Playground is about promoting physical literacy and improving the fundamental movement skills of our youth. While children will learn valuable skills, all of the programming is based around fun, interactive activities, inspired by games and sports commonly played on the playground.

All programming will be held in the gymnasium of Harriet Tubman Public School (84 Henry Street, St. Catharines) and registration is open to all children in Niagara.

Visit our website for programs for children, youth and adults of all ages.

Building a Physically Literate Community -
The City of St. Catharines is recognized by Canadian Sport 4 Life as one of the top 10 municipalities in Canada for the advocacy of children's physical literacy.  Our philosophy which is shared by No Limit Performance Basketball is that at the core of every young successful recreational athlete is both self-confidence and physical competence.  To that end, our new Superfit program has been designed to be unique and cutting edge.  The program is a combination of athletic mastery, on court calisthenics, a globally celebrated basketball skill development program and the fundamentals of teamwork and group play.  Programs are bundled to save parent money however the weekday basketball skills component is optional.
