Special Event Licences
Special Vendors Licences are available for the Niagara Wine Festival Grand Parade. Hawkers and Peddlers are required to obtain a Special Events Licence for approved locations along the parade route.
By-law No. 2006-223 regulates licensing for this purpose within the municipal boundaries of the City of St. Catharines.

Complete the City of St. Catharines Special Vendors Application and return completed form along with the appropriate fee to the City Clerk's Office, located on the third floor, City Hall, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Approval must be obtained from the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival.

The fees for Special Event Licences are outlined below:
- Authorized businesses vending in front of their own place of business in the downtown along the Grande Parade route: No charge
- Non-Profit or Charitable Organizations vending in an authorized location on private or public property: No charge
- Resident hawkers and peddlers vending from authorized locations along the Grande Parade route: $55
- Non-resident hawkers and peddlers vending from authorized locations along the Grand Parade route: $110
